Personalised coaching

Client centred coaching

As your partner, I will work with you in one-to-one coaching sessions, tailored to be in alignment with your individual values, needs and goals. The sessions will be self-directed and client centred. Designed to increase your intrinsic motivation; build your new identity, self confidence and autonomy and ultimately bridge the gap between intention and the behaviour you desire.

 

Everyone has individual needs which vary according to their health and lifestyle. Together we will explore your personal timeline with a “Functional Medicine” lens to uncover your experiences, life events, what factors in your life have contributed to your story, and what makes you unique. Your story is a foundation from which we can uncover the roadmap for your journey towards better health.

Health coaching is a process of self discovery. Drawing on your character strengths and increased self-awareness you will develop self management strategies that enable you to develop your new identity and progress through the stages of change.

I will provide regular support and communication, education and resources to enable you to make the best choices that cater specifically to your desired lifestyle. Through coaching, I will support you to set simple and actionable goals, work on specific actionable habits that enable you to make better choices for yourself. We will review, track and update these goals throughout your coaching programme.

Your coaching programme will be supported with evidence based resources from the Institute of Functional Medicine, Institute of Integrated Nutrition and Nutrition Coaching Academy. These resources designed to assist coaches in helping clients achieve their health goals, including: client assessments and questionnaires, screening tools, comprehensive food plan guides with weekly meal planners and recipes, patient education materials on nutrition and other modifiable lifestyle factors.

Tailored plans to support your personal growth

The signature package consists of 8 coaching sessions, with the option of an additional maintenance 4 session package if required. The initial coaching session is usually 60-90 minutes, with subsequent session between 45-60 minutes.

Consultations are done face-to-face or online at a time that is convenient. You can have unlimited support between sessions (this can be by email or text messages) so you alway feel supported.

Anybody suffering from any medical condition, or symptoms requiring medical advice should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner. It is outside my scope of practice to assess, prescribe, diagnose, treat, or interpret results.
