Everyones journey is unique so I will help you unravel your personal challenges and teach you the tools and skills to build new habits and make lasting changes. I am not just a source of information but a catalyst for change.

Your Nutrition and Health Coach - Miriam Collins

I am a Certified Nutrition and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC). My career in wellness began after gaining a Masters in Health Psychology. Following graduation I worked in Occupational Health and Stress Management for a major private healthcare company before joining a boutique healthcare consultancy, where my clients included a number of public and private healthcare organisations.

 

Following a relocation to Singapore in 2009, my son experienced some health challenges which lead me deepen by understanding of ways in which I could best support him to heal from this. This led to me making incremental changes to how we lived our lives and seeing how those changes can bring about positive health outcomes.
